This comprehensive course delves into the OSHA 29 CFR 1910 regulations, providing a thorough understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Participants will gain insight into the fundamental components of an effective workplace safety and health management system. This includes a clear comprehension of an employer’s obligations to ensure employee safety, along with the rights employees have to be informed about potential workplace hazards.

The training encompasses a wide range of potential risks present in various sectors, including issues related to scaffolding, exposure to bloodborne pathogens, and more.

You will also learn critical safety practices such as the implementation of lockout/tagout procedures, the application of machine guarding, and principles of industrial hygiene.

Our OSHA 30-Hour General Industry course is designed for all those who require training regarding any and all topics provided throughout this course. It is a training requiring 30 hours and four days of course work. Individuals who will specifically benefit from this course include the following:

Exam, Pass Rates and DOL Card

  • A desktop, or laptop computer with keyboard must be used to access our Virtual Instructor-Led Training courses (Chromebooks, smart phones and tablets are not compatible).
  •  Devices must have keyboard, audio and video camera capability to allow the student to communicate through written, verbal and non-verbal communications.
  • Students must share government issued ID through visual confirmation.
  • Students must have uninterrupted internet or Wi-Fi access for the entirety of the course

This is a LIVE instructor led course over two days and participants are required to attend both days and modules in order to pass the course. Participants shall be physically present in front of a camera that is on for the duration of the entire course to ensure validity of the participant.

Participants will receive an official DOL card in the mail to their desired address within 90 days of the course completion date. Participants will receive an OSHA 30-Hour General Industry course completion card (PDF) immediately after successfully completing the course.

The 30-hour General Industry Course is NOT equivalent to the OSHA 510 or 511 courses. This 30-hour course does not meet the course prerequisites to take the OSHA 500 or OSHA 501 courses.

All course participants must complete the full course to receive a valid U.S. DOL OSHA 30-Hour Card. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 70% on the course final exam.
