OSHA, HAZWOPER & EM-385 Marketing Compliance Agreement

We the VideoTile Distributor agree to the following terms:

• The following terms are strictly prohibited from use in all marketing materials, advertisements, websites, or any other communications: Compliant, Endorsed by, Certified, Approved, Accredited, Licensed.
• All marketing materials for OSHA Outreach courses — including web pages, landing pages, paid ads, and promotional content, must be submitted to VideoTile for approval before publishing to ensure OSHA compliance.
• You are required to adhere to the following Minimum Advertised Prices at all times.
  • OSHA 10-Hour ($59), OSHA 30-Hour ($159)
  • HAZWOPER 40 Hour – $210, 24 Hour $150, 16 Hour upgrade $125, 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor (Initial) $55, 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Refresher $55
  • EM-385-1 40 Hour  $325, 24 Hour  $235, 16 Hour $170, 8 Hour $125
• Required Disclaimer – The following disclaimer must appear on every page where OSHA outreach courses are advertised: “OSHA 10 and 30 are provided in partnership with UL Solutions PureSafety, an OSHA-authorized online Outreach Training provider”
• Use of the U.S. Department of Labor or OSHA logo is strictly prohibited
• Do not market or advertise OSHA Outreach training availability outside of the United States
• You must not imply ownership of the OSHA 10- or 30-hour training courses – References such as “our OSHA course” or similar language suggesting ownership are prohibited.
• Failure to comply with these terms will result in the OSHA Outreach courses being removed from your LMS.
