OSHA Outreach 10 Hour – General Industry Target Audience

The OSHA 10-Hour General Industry course is tailored for individuals seeking comprehensive knowledge on a broad range of safety subjects relevant to various roles within the industry. This condensed training spans two days, totalling 10 hours, and provides essential safety information that is applicable across numerous sectors. This course is particularly advantageous for:

  • General industry workers
  • Warehousing and manufacturing employees
  • Job supervisors
  • Inspectors involved in general industry activities

This course is not designed for employers and employees in the construction industry.

OSHA Outreach 10 Hour – General Industry Modules

Exam, Pass Rates and DOL Card

This is a LIVE instructor led course over two days and participants are required to attend both days and modules in order to pass the course. Participants shall be physically present in front of a camera that is on for the duration of the entire course to ensure validity of the participant.

Participants will receive an official DOL card in the mail to their desired address within 90 days of the course completion date. Participants will receive an OSHA 10-Hour General Industry course completion card (PDF) immediately after successfully completing the course.

The 10-hour General Industry Course is NOT equivalent to the OSHA 510 or 511 courses. This 30-hour course does not meet the course prerequisites to take the OSHA 500 or OSHA 501 courses.

All course participants must complete the full course to receive a valid U.S. DOL OSHA 10-Hour Card. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 70% on the course final exam.
